Three comments from the same inspection, two from realtors and one from my client. A realtor I hadn't yet met was covering the inspection for the listing agent and said that she liked how fast the inspection was. It didn't take up a lot of her time. My client's realtor had used me before and commented again on how thorough the inspection was. And my client said, "I've had other inspections before, but this is the first time I ever attended. I'm so glad I did. I really learned a lot. Thank you for how you explained everything."
And, another client left a Facebook Review this week - "Great experience! I would definitely use Complete Home Inspection again. One of yesterday's clients wasn't able to attend his Complete Home Inspection, but replied when he received his E-mailed report, "Thank you for your report. It is very thorough, and written in a way that is easy to understand." It's always great to have you accompany me during your home inspection so that I can point out the features of the home, give tips on maintenance and use, and discuss things with you as we go. But, if you can't make it to your inspection, your written report will offer the same guidance and explanations. And, feel free to ask any questions you have once you've read the report.
